FitFight has reduced their mat fees to give Combat Sport Athletes a safe and secure space to train together, learn from each other, and become better fighters. This training will focus on the defense and applications of the martial arts. Principles will include fundamentals of Japanese art forms Karate, Jujitsu, Aikijitsu, Judo, Kempo etc., but mainly focus will be on Tai Qi derived from my teacher Master Ma . The artform studied focuses on using aggression from an opponent against their self. Non-aggression defeats aggression. This is a group for fitness enthusiasts and martial artists interested in working out with a martial arts flavor. Some of our meetups will be designed for novices who purely just want a great workout while some of our others will be designed for those more serious martial artists who want technical work, exchanges of ideas, forms work, tricking, or sparring. The whole point is to have fun, to learn, to improve our skills, and improve our health while keeping it positive!
